A four-level platform based on the P90 pallet racking system was designed and implemented. At each height, the filling is made of a steel grate, which allows the transport of pallets with cargo within the entire platform. In addition, the warehouse was equipped with a shipment acceptance system with automatic horizontal transport and a continuation elevator, allowing to achieve high efficiency and thus shorten the unloading time.
Collision-free transport of pallets between individual floors was solved by equipping the platforms with goods lifts and storage bays on each level. The implementation of such a solution allowed to increase the usable area from 1,800 to 7,200 m2.
